Power battery production process

The power battery production process can generally be divided into three parts: the front section, the middle section and the back section. Among them, the first stage of the process includes batching, mixing, coating, rolling, slitting, etc., the middle stage includes winding/laminating, packaging, drying, liquid injection, sealing, cleaning, etc., and the second stage is mainly for formation, volume separation, PACK, etc.

Lithium battery equipment is the positive and negative electrode materials, diaphragm materials, electrolyte and other raw materials through the orderly process, manufacturing process equipment, lithium battery equipment has a significant impact on the performance and cost of lithium battery, is one of the determining factors. According to different process processes, lithium equipment can be divided into front section equipment, middle section equipment, and rear section equipment, and the value of the front section, middle section and rear section equipment in the lithium production line is about 4:3:3.

The production goal of the previous process is to complete the manufacturing of (positive and negative) pole pieces. The main process of the first step is: mixing, coating, rolling, scuttling, production, die cutting, the equipment involved mainly includes: mixer, coating machine, roll press, scuttling machine, production machine, die cutting machine, etc.
